I have a 96 Cherokee and it keeps over heating any suggestions on how to resolve this ?

 

Yes, replace the water pump, hoses, t-stat, fan clutch, radiator and radiator cap. Flush the block while everything is removed, make sure the E-Fan works and use a quality coolant/water mix when you fill it back up.

Easy right?

 

......not only easy, but very logical (replacing it all).
