cooling fan not working

Ok guys cooling. Fan is not coming. On even after. Jumping. The relay the fan does work hooked to battery. Ive Changed. Fan relay. & the ground. Was melted. On bottom of relay box so i ran another. Ground to firewall. To that. Ground point on block. Is there any other advice. And fueseable links. Etc it don't come on at all. Unless. Hotwired
