Coolant tester reading ok?

Model: Cherokee
Engine: 4.0L
Coolant tester reading ok?
Flushed and refilled this weekend. I tested it today and it read -21. Package indicated -35 would correspond to a 50/50 mix of coolant to water. Is this ok or should I drain some and replace with concentrate?
