Revising my coolant woos. I pressurized the system to 18psi, per cap rating. 30-40 min later the pressure had dropped a few psi and started to look for the leak. It's coming off a hose from the thermostat and then I noticed the coolant seeping from the front of the cylinder head.

I last replaced the head due to the cracked Cyl head associated with the 00 &01 models about 60K miles ago. Installed a Felpro gasket.

Went for a drive and the coolant temps are still at 220F until the aux fan kicks in then temp goes down. Any feedback on what my next step should be? replace gasket perhaps?

 

Per the pic above are you sure its not just coming from the t-stat gasket? Looks like its leaking from it and running along the seam between the block and head.
