i realized i needs longer control arms.
do i need larger upper and lower contol arms?

If you have stock arms, then you need some aftermarket UCA and LCA. The stock ones bend really easy expecially a 6.5". I have Drop Brackets on mine at 5.5" at they are great. While not neccesary they will improve your ride and offroading. Long arms would be nice since you should be replacing everything anyways and it wouldn't be too much more expensive.
Roughly $600 for DB and CA's.
$800 for TNT Y-link and belly pan

Not really. They hang down alittle and people do complain about them hitting things, but I have not had a problem with the yet, but the TNT longarms look like they have better cleanance.
The Control arms you have may not be the right size. There is a chart in the RC instructions http://www.roughcountry.com/install/1627.pdf even if they do fit I still recommend adj. UCA & LCA's as some adjusting will be necessary as well as the gained strength
