Default Control Arms

I currently have a 6.5" lift on my 94' Cherokee. I am planning on going down to a Rusty's 3.5" lift. My question is what is the deal with the control arms for a 3.5" lift? The lady at Rusty's said the control arms for the 6.5" lift are too long for the 3.5" lift. Can all the stock arms be used for a 3.5" lift or is it aftermarket lower control arms and stock upper control arms?

i'm not 100% sure on this. i would think you still use them, but they will push your front axle outward. which is ok if you don't mind trimming the front part of the fender. then again, not sure because it could throw your steering off maybe?

at 6.5" of lift, are you sure they arent adjustable arms already? dont think ive seen fixed length for 6.5" lifts
