Comanche dana rear 44 in a XJ rear

Comanche dana rear 44 in a XJ rear
I have a chance to get a dana 44 for my xj and was curious about any modifications I might need to do to get the 44 in my xj? I did notice that the ubolds are bolted down on the 44 comanche setup instead of up on the 35 I have in my xj.
