cold air through floor vents

cold air through floor vents
everywhere is warm air coming out except in the floor. Cold feet are bad theese days. What is the problem?

Here's a few HVAC Diagrams you can study.
Make sure your Blend-Air Door cable system works. Check the cable connection at the bottom of the HVAC unit while operating the slide control.
