Cold air better than stock box with k & n
Is a cold air intake better per than stock box with just a k & n in the stock box? I just want the best flow and per know get more flow from cold air but how much is it worth??

My $0.02, the stock system will flow more air than the motor draws under 99.99% of driving conditions. Plastic/rubber will remain way cooler than any metal tube.
sort anwser no. the (cold air intakes) are not cold air as they drew from the engine bay aka warm air. the stock tube flows well and its inlet is around the head lights. the only true cold air intakes are either cowl or external type snorkels to funnel out side air into the intake. anything beyond that is just point less. get your TB board out and upgrade your injectors if your looking for a little more power
