are you refering to the spacers that you put in between your coil springs to widen them out and raise the coil spring or keep it from compressing? awful things.

if you are talkin about the big round hockey puck lookin things they aint bad but only good for two inches

They are use in most Budget Boost lifts. They are a good way to get 2" of lift, in the front of an XJ. Spacers or blocks used in the rear are not a good Idea, due to the leaf spring are to light in XJs.
