Default Code 11 need help!!!!

96 cherokee all stock. It is a right hand drive. When I got the vehicle it was hardly running and since then I have put a lot of new parts on it. All suspension and steering components have been replaced along with the fuel pump. Under the hood I have replaced the head gasket, timing kit, oil pan gasket, distributor as a whole along with wires and plugs, ignition coil, valve cover gasket, cam pos sensor, crank pos sensor, IAC, throttle pos sensor, crank sensor, map sensor, coolant temp sensor, radiator hoses with thermostat, inspected wiring and found no issues there so I sent the pcm into a company called solopcms.com. I just received it back and got it installed the note from the repair shop said they "replaced the power supply". The code 11 came back on within 3 miles of driving it and it sounds like the metal part in the distributor that passes through the cam pos sensor is possibly hitting it but I don't see marks on it. I have been chasing this code for a while it's the last thing I need to fix to get it dependable. I have replaced the cam pos sensor with 3 different brands and the crank pos sensor with 3 different brands and I'm at a loss on what the problem could be.

It's the transition year so some do have obd and some don't it has the connector but I can't get it to read anything. So it has the flashing cel. It is loss of signal during cranking.

As strange as it sounds its probably the gear on the new distributor. You need to remove the roll pin that holds the gear on it and rotoate the gear 180 degrees.

So i had replaced it once with a duralast distributor and had to rotate the gear to get it to seat right for the timing. This jeep does not like anything duralast so I changed it again with the standard brand verifying everything was in the correct location with timing marks and the no. 1 cylinder at TDC. This one drop in perfect where the rotor was dead on the number one prong. It will run it just throws that CEL. It does struggle to start about every other time. My wife uses it for mail delivery and she took it out and ran it on two routes for about 5 hours and it ran fine without starting it and shutting it off then on the way home it shut down on her. I went to tow it home and it wouldn't start at all. Gor it home swapped the camshaft position sensor out with a spare I had and it started up and runs again. Just haven't drove it for a long period since then. I put the repaired PCM in and it only made it maybe 10 min. Before it threw the code where before it took about 20 min.
