Exclamation Clutch issue help!

Ok I'm going to try and make this short so I bought a 91 Cherokee the guy said it needed a throw out bearing I drove it home from where I bought it like a 30 min drive and only lost clutch once so I tore it down dropped the trans and replaced rear main it was a little wet and noticed the crankshaft may have had too much play in it but anyway I put a new pilot bearing, flywheel, arp flywheel bolts, clutch and throw out bearing with slave cylinder I got it all put back together and was bleeding it and it started leaking from bellhousing so I tore it apart again got a new throw out bearing and put it together again and was bleeding it and it done the same thing again so when I got it and drove it home there was no leaks and the original one looked good so what would be my problem the crank shaft having too much play? or just getting bad throw out bearings I'm at a loss. Please help

When I took the first one out I put in it was leaking form the inside where it goes around the input shaft and it came with a new clip when I put it in I think it fell off from putting the trans in cause it wasn't on the clip and the bearing was cocked to one side I had to wiggle it to get it back straight to push it in and out but the secound one I put a zip tie on to hold it.
