jumped in my jeep today and was pissed. fired it up and my clutch was effed. the pedal was spongey and the friction point was at the bottom of the pedal. pulled over and sure enough there was no fluid. followed all the hoses and no leaks. looked inside above the clutch pedal and same thing no leaks. now im thinkin it needs bleeding? where is the bleeder? i have 89 cherokee lerado.

The bleeder is under the drivers side, if you jump under you car, you'll see 2 lines sticking out of the Bell Housing, 1 goes to the reservoir and the other is the bleeder. Takes 2 people to bleed it. Good luck
Also You may have a leak inside the bell housing. Check for any fluid leaking or drops of fluid under the bell housing. My 92 Laredo did this to me twice, one of the times my clucth pedal was the problem, it was cracked. Don't ask me how.
Good Luck!
