Could also be:
1.) Broken degree shim between the leaf spring and spring perch like I had.
2.) Loose shock or worn shock bushing.
3.) Warn out rear driveshaft U-joints.
4.) Warn bushing in the rear suspension.
5.) Warn rear differential gears.
Check those out. Bet you find your problem among them. If you don't. post up and I brainstorm somemore.

check the ds for play to see if the ujoints are bad. you could always try greasing it to see if that helps, sometimes it will revive ujoints.

Update: Ok so i checked to see if there was any driveshaft play and as i moved the driveshaft i found out that the back (closest u joint to the rear end) is bad and actually all messed up.....I also noticed when i moved the driveshaft back and fourth in a quik motion i noticed the noise that i could hear from the cab when shifting gears....So heres a new question how hard are they to replace it doesnt look like to much work to do.....

U-joints are easy, if you don't have one of those fancy presses, you can do it with a bench vice and correct sized sockets or a BFH and correct sized sockets. I prefer the bench vice method myself. Only did the BFH method when I had to do it on the trail once.

Also would bad driveshaft u-joints create some vibration's?!?!?!

I had a rear U-joint let go while I was crawling along on a trail run one time. I would never want to see the results of that happening while tooling along at 85 on the freeway.
