i am installing a new climate control panel in my jeep, i also have to splice in the new plug for the hi,medium,low switch cause the old one was melting. my question is the colored wires on the new plug are basically the same but in a different oder than the old one, would i match the colors or the order when splicing the wires together.

 

If you cant tell where the wires go to (which one is ground, which one is primary power....) I would contact the manufacter to verify. Otherwise I would just lightly attach it in the order I though was correct and try to turn it one and test. Good Luck!!
