climate control issues

when i put my aftermarket front bumper on i had to remove the vacuum reservoir. i went to relocate but lost it. so i went to teamcherokee.com for a new one. i hooked it up and still dont have and control for the vent selection (center ****). any ideas?

Try starting the engine, disconnect the vacuum canister and put your finger over the hose. First thing is the engine should speed up and then you should feel suction on your finger, If not, use the same procedure and go back to the engine. Then if still happening, disconnect stuff and keep repeating until you find the leak.
