This new noise just appeared. Any ideas? Sounds like it's coming from the valve cover case. Youtube link below I just uploaded. Pulling it off next week to do the gasket and breather valves and oil change.

Thanks for any advise you have. I got a low compression on cylinder 1 last week (120 the rest were 150.... I tried the test in that cylinder three times and it decreased each time... Last time it was at 50). Cars been sitting for 3 years only 100 miles per year so hoping it dusts the cobwebs off as I drive it more. But that's likely wishful thinking.
