Having an odd clicking grinding noise when I drive and specially in reverse? Not sure what it is but it seems to be comming from the pass side rear tire area! Any ideas?

even while driving you can hear it. That is what my friends are saying too that its the wheel bearing.. So I guess replace that first then go from there!
Wheeled it recently? Crud stuck in drum? It will kill your breaks so pull that thing apart if yur up for it.. Unless you don't think that's the issue... Idk.. Good luck.
