Default clearing 33s with just a 3 in?

I bought a 3in lift online last week and I found a sety of 33s on 18s new for dirt cheap so I'm going to get them right now should I put the spacer and shackle kit in too for an extra two inches or will I be ok

your going to have to do some serious trimming if you try to stuff 33s under 3in and not have much uptravel...the extra two inches would help out but if you put that on top of 3in your gonna need a t case drop or sye

you will also still need to trim your fenders for full flex, you will still rub a bit

I have a 4.5" lift with 33's and still rub at full flex.

for example 33's are only one inch shorter on the top and bottom of the tire compared to a 35" tire. so take away 1" of tire, and think about this picture. i had 7.5" lift in this pic and a short arm kit, still rubbin. i even had bushwakers! so just matters what you are looking to do with it, if you plan on juming it, it will DIE!
