I cleaned my throttle body by taking out the blade and cleaning it and inside the throttle opening with air intake cleaner and now the truck is throwing a code saying "low circuit current(or somthing like that) for TPS A" I drove it around and it feels a lil weird and idles up and down. I tried clearing and code and it just comes right back. Any ideas on what could have happened? I have done this on numerous cars without and prolbems.

 

Sounds like you damaged your TPS. Clean the electrical connections on it and make sure you didnt get it all gunked up with crud from the TB.

If all else fails get a new one.

 

so I removed the tps cleaned the connections and throttle side and i am still getting the same code. is there an adjustment i have to do? or am i just stuck having to get a new one at $70? anyone know where i can get one cheaper?
