Does anyone know what this board is for? Its in the dome light housing of my 98 Cherokee. I want to put some toggle switches in the housing but this is in the way. Either its getting **** canned or relocated depending on what its for.

They put the remote key-less entry deal (receiver), up high I think. I've never seen one, unless THAT is one!

@Purdue, it’s getting ***** canned is not generally a sentence that makes me happy but in this case it was. You could’ve actually removed the whole thing without even giving it a second though since it is not connected to anything anyways. Also, the board looks is pretty good condition so if you’re not going to use it in future, you might consider selling this. From the looks of it, the keyless entry you tried was a nice one and not the cheap ones available in the market today so you’ll get a good price for it as well.
