i'm planning on doing a chop top almost exactly like the jeep here except i want to also cut the rest of the roof off and make that a soft top. would this work well? and has anybody don't that before i would like to know what it looks like.

 

Many people have done it. Do a search and you'll find the information you will need.

 

Or just look at my pics. Make sure you use something that will hold up to the weather where you live. I had to loose the soft top this winter. The rain would sag it, and then start dripping like rain on the inside.
