Default Chirping and grinding coming from upfront

It started out low pitched and has increased in the last two days, When it first started I pulled out the Drive shaft to see if it was coming from there, but the noise was still there. Then I put it on jackstands and pulled up and down on the tire to see if there was anyplay, and I couldn't find any. I am leaning toward the hub bearing but it is a lot of money for a guess , so any input will be helpful.

wheel bearings will usually make some sort of roaring sound while the wear indicator on brakes will sometimes make a high pitched squeal so probably take the wheel off and visually check to see if they are worn. I usually check mine (even the drums on the rear occasionally) after any large amount of mileage. I don't do a lot of stopping but I like to know how everything is holding up, especially before a trip. I have had it be as simple as a spring coming loose in the drum and dragging around in there making noise

So if there is grooves in my rotors could that be the reason for the noise.

Might also be an axle universal joint too.

I think I am going to start with this and see if it helps.

Maybe you hit a bird and got it stuck somewhere in your truck

I think there is a better chance that it was a flock of birds
