Default chipped block

So I was putting in a RMS and chipped the back of the block (yes I loosened the crank first and used a brass punch, things happen). So I filled the small gap with black RTV and waited 24 hours for it to cure. Finally just crossed my fingers and hoped for the best, no luck... So, I got my hands on a wrecked 4.0 same year as mine with 150/160 compression and will go through it before install. Does anyone know anybody who can recondition my old block so I can rebuild it? My wife has a 97 TJ so I'd like to have the spare because it can be used in either of our rigs.

My only thought is to have your local machine shop take a look at it.
