cherokee will not crank

cherokee will not crank
94 Cherokee will not start unless I pour gas in the TB. I have replaced the fuel pump,filter,and relay. The fuel pump is not coming on. I do not know what to do next.

Check to see that you have 12 volts going into the fuel pump. Did the fuel pump run before? One of my favorite podcasts (The Car Doctor with Ron Ananion (sic)) always says NEW means Never Ever Worked.
New relay work? Again, NEW means Never Ever Worked. Jump the control wire and see if the relay responds. You can test it with a small lightbulb or 12v tester. The easy method is turn the ignition key and see if the fuel pump cycles.
Anything else?

Sometimes there is a inline fuse going to the fuel pump. I had a coworker's Volvo die at work and it turned out it had a inline fuse that opened up.
