Default Cherokee running hot at idle

Just looking for a little diagnosis help. 95 XJ 4.0 Auto

Jeep runs a consistent 210 when driving, but creeps up to 230ish when sitting still in gear. As soon as I take off, the temp falls back to 210. Doesn't seem to matter if AC is on or off.

Coolant is full. No leaks. Auxillary fan is coming on when AC in use, or at temps above 210.

Main cooling fan spins freely when cold. After getting up to running temp, cooling fan still spins, but not quite as easy. Still seems too easy though.

I'm thinking it's the fan clutch going out.

Any other ideas?
