Default Cherokee Oil Pump Tool???

My 95 Cherokee leaks oil from the oil pump (where the oil filter goes on) and it looks like it needs a new o-ring. Is there a special tool to get the pump off? It takes a T-60 but I don't have enough room to get my ratchet in there also. Someone told me abot the tool but I couldn't find it. Or do I have to jack the engine up on theone side? Thanks in advance

Thats not your oil pump. The pump is inside the pan. thats your oil filter adapter and having it leak is really common.

To get that off you have to put a wrench on the T60 bit as there is not enough room to do it normally. A gear wrench is really helpful in this situation.

if you cant get your wrench on it youl have to jack up the engine but try using a smaller ratchet and a pipe on the handle to break it free
