cherokee flywheel do the notches have to be the same?
I just went to install my new clutch and pressure plate and the notches on the new flywheel are in differant will that mess with the cps and cause it not to run? Or does it matter? Please help if anyone has experiance with this

I think they need to match. I think the pattern is 120* apart and triggers pairs of cylinders, the ones opposite on the dizy cap. (when the 1-6 mark comes past the CPS,1 or 6 better be up/firing)
All I know for sure is there is a real change between 90 and 91. I had thought the later matched. Wonder if maybe you got a flywheel for 87-90? Maybe not, pretty sure the spacing and pattern is different.
