Cherokee engine acting up

Cherokee engine acting up
Folks, I have a 2000 Cherokee, and when it's warm and I shut the engine down and then start it back up before it's cooled down, I get sputtering, stuttering, etc until I either get a chance to rev it or drive it and it clears up. Took it to the Jeep dealer multiple times, they have no clue.
Anyone have any idea of what causes this? Jeep is 100% stock. Thanks in advance.
