what is the stock dimensions of the pipe i was thing about dong the glass pack...and whats your opinion on it

I like how it sounds from outside the Jeep...

Inside, not so much.

Especially after a few hours at constant speed. The constant drone will eat into your brain and start to destroy your logic circuits.

I have to agree. I drove a two hours drive and though there was an issue at first but checked into it and it was driving me insane listening to it for 2 hrs !!!!!

i had acouple single chamber mufflers with 3in in and out i got for my old impala i got off ebay for like $30... sold it so i got bored today and welded in one of them right where the cat unbolts... still need to run a turn down since i have all my floor plugs pulled... its loud cause i have no doors and a chopped top... sounds like the older V8 wranglers with flowmasters... i love it... freakin awesome... now all i need is a cam

Im now lookin at the flow 40 .... Whats your opinion on that cus this is my camping car if u will so lomg drives like 3-4 houer drives arint uncomin for me

The 40 will be loud, but not as raspy as most glasspacks. Make sure your pipe still goes out the back... if you dump it under the body it will resonate a lot more.

If you really wanna hear the mufflers, go on youtube. I found a vid where some guy had a 96 cherokee(I think) with a flowmaster super 40 or something. Check it out..

im running a cherrybomb turbo from autozone i think the part number was 1604 maybe look it up it was easy to install and sounds great not too loud if you keep off the throttle

o put a glass pack on my 92 and i hate it it sounds like crap. my cat is hollow so that might have something to do wit it but i wouldnt advise a glass pack to anybody i kno. thats just my 2 cents

wat? i ran a turbo for like two weeks, it was almost as quiet as stock. waste of $20
