changing d30 oil seals

changing d30 oil seals
i am doing this in about a week or two and wanted to know what is the best gear oil to use and how much do i put in the d 30 and i am going to change the oil in my 8.25 how much does that take

Both should be good with 85/90 weight and both take a little over 2 quarts...unless you have a limited slip or locker then you would need something different...Tj
