When you changed the rotor, we're there any of the retainer washers left? The ones that help hold the rotor in place from the factory. They've caused plenty of high speed wobbles before as they don't let the rotor or wheel sit Flush depending on where they wind up. Just a thought.

I thought a video might be an easier way to describe things. Thoughts?

I'm in agreement with another 4 or 5 responses that you have an out of balance issue. Short of spending $ to have the fronts balanced, you can rotate with the rears and see if that changes it. Vibrating in a narrow range is a hallmark of being out of balance, (hence all the reply's)
Yes, that rough, rubbing sound when you spin the bearing doesn't sound right. It should feel smooth. Three more tests there, with the wheel on is there noticeable play up and down. (12:00-6:00). (this cancels out steering and just leaves the bearing and ball joints). Second, any bad bearing will get hot. Sometime when you have been on the freeway a bit feel it for heat. Last, on a winding road, at a decent speed, you may hear more noise from it turning one way then the other, a sign of a bad wheel bearing.

There's definitely more play in the driver's side than the passenger's side. I'll try your tests and see what I find. Thank you for the response!

Cool, let us know. You may want to spray those three 13mm, 12 point hub bolts asap. (you will need a 1/2 in drive, 12 point socket for that) With the rotor off you can hit the ends too IIRC. I suspect that you have a balance problem, then found a bad bearing also.

Almost forgot to post this. I got my tires balanced and rotated last week and everything has been fine since then. Can't believe changing the breaks made the unbalanced tires more noticeable but weird stuff happens sometimes I guess.
Thanks again to everyone who responded!
