Ha ha ha well my jeep weights a lot. My jeep has frame stiffeners, rear and front aftermarket bumpers, winch, rocker sliders, roof rack, skid plates on the bottom. Rocker panel guards. An so on.

All cooling hoses have lots of pressure I can't even squeeze it close. Is that normal?

At normal operating temp, all hoses should be rock hard.

1100 each fan. That should be plenty. But I'm running them with no shroud, they are attached to radiator

But my fans shouldn't be needed at high speeds

Not true our radiators are so small it will still over heat with no fans when cruising . Mine was running warmer than usual on highway upgraded to grand cherokee clutch never gets past 195 to 200 .

True, but your fan setup could be blocking airflow @ speed.

My fans are attached to radiator with the zip ties that go through the radiator. Do you think running a shroud will work better

I dont think your fans are pulling enough cfm. Overheating at highway speed only two possibilities not enough air flow or poor circulation.

I'm pulling 3400 cfm. What does the stock electric fan pull? Maybe I should just run 2 of those

Like 1000. The factory electric fan is an auxilliary unit only.

The factory clutch fan can do around 4000 CFM when the clutch is fully engaged and you're on the gas.

Are you on stock gearing? Aux transmission cooler?

BTW this pretty far from OEM tech lol
