You can patch a pinhole with a simple piece of rubber tube and a common hose clamp (the worm type). Basically, cut a short section of tubing, slit it lengthwise, slip it over the leak, and put the clamp on it. The pressure in the lines is actually pretty low, and this will hold a small hole for a long time. At least long enough to get replacements. OR cut the line and patch as mentioned above.
