The handle I pull inside the Jeep to unlatch the hood has broken. I pull it all the way back, and there is no tension on it. How do I get the hood open? Can't afford a mechanic at this time. Thanks.

im going to guess jerry rig some kind of coat hanger and try and get the latch on the inside

 

i was able to get to the cable on the inside and pull it with vice grips then replace the cable good luck
