Cant find fill plug

Default Cant find fill plug

Hey guys. Changing differential fluid on my rear Chrysler 8.25. Can't find the fill if to add oil. Little help?

The rubber plug on the diff cover....remove it, fill 'till it flows out, push the plug back in.

That's what I thought it was but everywhere I read said it's a 3/8 and remove it but i didn't see it. Problem resolved. Thanks!!
