So I got my Discoverer STT 33x12.5 tires yesterday and they are sitting in my room, whole house smells like tires and it is killing me. I cant sleep or eat I need these on my jeep now. Could I put these on my stock rims and save up for the ones I want or should I wait. Right now I have 34x10.5 tires will there be much of a difference in rub because the tires on there now rub at around 3/4 turn.

definitely more rub. mostly on the control arms and rear leaf springs. you run the risk of possibly gouging the treads on leaf spring bolts or knocking tread blocks off from the front control arms.
i'd wait till you get proper rims. (15x8 with at least 4 to 3.75bs)
do you have stock or tubular lower control arms?

I have 33x12.50s on those exact rims. In my case, I couldn't drive it because the tires were putting quite a bit of pressure on the rear springs and every time I moved it, there would be a constant popping noise where the tire was rubbing. I was afraid it would f*** the tire up, so I bought wheel spacers. In your case it might be cheaper to just get some soft 8s, as I got a REALLY good deal on the spacers.
Also, you won't have a lot of ground contact when your tires are aired up to streetable levels. The outer lugs on my tires don't even touch the ground (when driving over gravel, the middle 2 sets of lugs have dust on them, but the outers remain clean).
Eventually I want to get some 15x8s with better backspacing, but money is tight right now and the spacers let me drive it.

hell, even if it does rub the front control arms theyre round anyway so they wont hurt the tires like the stockers would. I would opt for wider rims but they will fit ok on yours you just wont be able to air them down as much for off road traction
