The XJ: 95 4.0 auto, 2wd.

Can anyone tell me what size the bolt is that holds the fuel filter strap in place? Because, apparently, I do not have one. I have a zip tie instead, which...was a bit of a surprise.

Basic details on replacement size, or a link to some parts listing somewhere, whatever you can provide will be appreciated.

If I remember correctly its a 3/8 size head.
