HEADS UP, it is LOUD.
I had just replaced the Crankshaft Position Sensor, CAM sensor, rotor dist cap, wires and plugs as well as the ASD Relay and Fuse, the 30A fuse was blown (it also goes to the fuel pump, ignition and O2 sensor from what I've read on here)
The noise went on for a good 15 minutes, I shut the car off got under it and couldn't figure out where it was coming from, drove it and it was still making the noise, but not quite as loud while driving, now the noise has gone away.
Something causes the fuse to blow, never figured out what that was; which is concerning.
Any help on what this noise might be would be appreciated.

I think so too. does the starter have that high pitched sound to it? you know like how some starters and quieter or louder or deeper pitched more than higher pitched
Makes me think of an electric motor for sure. like a fuel pump

So you think there might be something wrong with my starter? Or would it be something causing it to continue to run. It's a brand new, 2 week old starter, Mopar starter not a reman. Could it be a bad ground to the starter?
Any help would be great. Thanks

I think it is a vacume leak. I have had that type of noise on the intake through a very thin space. It does make a nice loud noise for sure

believe it or not, I had forgot to fully put the air filter assembly back on the intake and I think that was the issue, although it did sound like it was coming from my starter area, underneath. I put the air filter assembly back onto the intake and after a couple of minutes the sound went away and never came back. Still haven't had an issue with that sound since.....now though, I am still dealing with my Jeep's issue, that nothing I'm seeing as the possible cause is working. blah, Theres another thread for that though.
thank you all,
