96 Cherokee Classic. Can I put Preston Dex-cool 50/50 mix in the cooling system?
Thanks

I think it could be done, however, I have taken it out of my wife's minivan because it was gelling up and replaced it with regular coolant. I have seen it gel up in different vehicles and have no clue what causes it to gel. I am not sure if is all that it is cracked up to be.

Please for the sake of your cooling system stay with the green coolant. Dex-cool will destroy water pumps, thermostats, and radiators

Word on the street is the seals are not compatable with dex-cool or HOAT coolant.

That is what I thought. Used to have a Chevy Colorado that called for Dex-cool. Had it left over but will not use it.
Thanks all.
