Can I buy this part without the whole radiator?

I'm going to replace my lower transmission cooling line. Part is secured. Includes the hose portion and the metal line that runs into the transmission. I also picked up a new fitting for that end of the project. (thanks, btw, ccken for the earlier assist with parts #s for those items!)
However, I wondered if THIS part is something I can also get without buying a whole radiator. It did not come with my replacement line. Not sure what it's called or what exactly it's attached to inside of the radiator, if anything. Guys at AZ said it's not a separately listed part there. Couldn't find anything like it on Napa's site, and the attached diagram (lifted from a Chrysler parts site) does not separately label it.
Thanks in advance for any info.

Mine appears ok, but PO has 2 sections of rubber lines clamped up against each other at the inlet (outlet?) in lieu of proper length of hose with a quick disconnect (read: leaker), so I'm expecting that metal piece to be less than stellar when I go to switch out the line.
If it sucks, then JY (or new rad) it is

I was afraid that would be the answer, but thanks.

What makes you think that fitting is dicked up without seeing it?

Some people cut the quick connect off because they don't like them or they had a problem with a leak. All the Spectra radiators I've bought come with the right part for the quick connect. If yours did not, maybe someone took it off and you didn't get 100% of what you should have.

Get a B&M trans cooler on Amazon for ~$60. Trust me.
It's honestly more worth it to just cut the metal lines back near the trans, and just run hose (2x hose clamps to be safe) to a new cooler than to dick around with those stupid compression fittings at the hoses and the connectors there at the radiator.
It's an upgrade, and also makes your life much easier if you ever need to drop the oil pan.
If you can find a dirt cheap trans cooler laying around, that works too - but ya, I've gone the B&M trans cooler route on my last 2 xj's and do NOT regret it.

Hm. I like the trans cooler idea. Guess you've given me something to look into. Freegdr-thanks for the link, but I have that part already (that one goes into the trans, yeah?)
And ccken...the visible part of PO's modification looks pretty dicked up so my skeptic side tends to expect what's under it may be dicked up as well. Haha.

That part goes in on top (high pressure) then enters a canister inside the rad fluid travels down thru the coolant and out the bottom (low pressure return), if you have 1 inch of tubing or more coming out the bottom a hose and clamp will work just fine. the only way to change it would be to remove the tank off the rad and then you would never find the part,
I bought one of these and the quality of it has amazed me.
