Default Can this cause a transmission to have slight slip?

I met interesting person the guy that rebuilt the engine and put it in my jeep he actually did this for the previous owner and the owner never told me about the transmission slipping.. According to him the transmission in my jeep slips little bit above 50-60 mph i was wanting to know if loose flywheel causes this and if the flywheel is re tightened/replaced if it will fix the transmission slipping problem? If not then I will need to invest into new transmission.

forgot to mention I have automatic transmission
