camPS, crankPS, common sensor ground splice?

2000 xj with 175,000 Miles

I am having an issue with my camPS, crankPS recieving 5V at both the power and ground connector pins.

Is there a common ground or splice for ground somewhere in the harness?
I need to check this before I go ahead and buy a PCM.

On my 90 some sensors ground at the Puter' and TCU, which then ground on a stud at my dipstick...it I have that right. Allot grounds there.

CCKen thanks for that!

fyi for anyone in the future
The splice for the crank/cam/injector etc ground was on the firewall in the smaller loom, right before where the injectors branch off

Still did no help for me though
