Default CAM?

I've been goin through the list of different performance upgrades in my head and was wondering if anybody has put a cam in their 4.0L? For those who have, did it make much difference in performance? What all would be involved in swapping cams? I think you gotta take off the head and everything on the front of the jeep (grille, header panel, radiator, etc), anything else? Is there anything else that would have to be changed or that should be changed while swappin cams? Any info on the this would help out.

if you swap the camshaft, your going to have to get new valve springs, lifters, and pushrods... It would be a good idea to get a valve job while the head is off and getting new springs installed.. with the right cam you could probably see at least 20-30hp and at least that much torque gain

and your right the grille and radiator need to be removed, along with the cylinder head and everything on the front of the motor
