Default C8.25 Shopping List

Ok I have 01 Jeep XJ with a LPD30 and a D35. Im getting ready to the c8.25 swap and im looking for a list of all the parts needed for this. I have searched around on the internet and i havent ran across a list of parts needed. Im sure its out there but no luck yet. So any help from the forum would be great. I just wanna order everything or go pull it at the junkyard. Either way i just wanna make one trip.
And i have some questions about it. Can i use the d35 drums and brakes? Can i use my current drive shaft? How hard is the swap?
I will also being doing the disc brake conversion in the following weeks. So a parts list for that would be great as well. And can I upgrade the front disc brakes when i convert the back using the front brakes from which ever donor vehicle is compatible. What are some other vehicles can I get the brake parts needed for that swap? All information on any of this will be greatly appreciated. Thanks

You obviously didn't read very many. I was literally able to find this within 30 seconds of googling "Chrysler 8.25 Disc Brake Swap"

https://www.cherokeeforum.com/f51/d3...ersion-126719/

Also, this doesn't really belong in OEM tech, you'll get more feedback if you post in the appropriate forums.

Why don't you compose a shopping list & do a tech write up?

I literally just gave you help and information. That link was a complete parts list and write up with step by step instructions and photos for the exact swap you're trying to do.

Front brakes can be pulled from a ZJ or WJ if you have the tools to ream out the knuckles. Ford calipers can also be fitted if you're good with a cutting wheel, but you will also have to drill new lug holes in your rotors to accept 5x4.5".

When doing the brake conversion use KJ parts rather than the zj conversion as it requires no modification. I have a full parts list on my computer can post if your interested.
