A/c making front window have a cold foggy spot...

The spot on the windshield is just condensation, like on an iced tea glass. High outside humidity/dewpoint is the reason.
There will always be some air (or heat) blowing out of the defrost vents. That is on purpose, to help keep the windshield clear.
Wet floorboard is probably from a partially clogged drain. You will get a lot of drainage with high humidity/dewpoints.
