Default A/C fan no power=A/C stopped working?

The positive to the a/c fan lost power last night in my wife's 99 didn't think anything about it just wired it up with the other electric fan I installed and sent her on her way. Well after work she called and told me her a/c wasn't cold. The switches are working but the compressor is not kicking on. I replaced the relay to both with known good ones and no change. I can jump the compressor relay and make it come on and its cold so the compressor is alive just doesn't know it is...The only other thing that we have done that might have caused a problem was replace a broken dash(maybe bent/broke one of the vacuum lines to the air control?

Check the fuses mine did that about a week ago. Found out the the fuse went bad in fuse panel under the hood not the one inside vehicle. I would do that first before i started doing anymore troubleshooting.

Already checked the fuses just forgot to mention that. I am thinking its either the vacuum lines or a burnt wire or something. I haven't had time to check the refrigerant level but I have no reason to believe it is low because it was check the beginning of this year.

Fixed. Was a burnt wire on the low side sensor I guess it got to close to the block or something...
