Default buying a new jeep, couple of issues though! (with pics)

Im considering buying a new xj soon. Its a 2000 4.0L Auto 95K miles.
buying a new jeep, couple of issues though! (with pics)-front.jpg

On to my problems:
1. When first started everything seems fine until it gets warmed up and the oil pressure slowly drops to 0 and then the check gauges light comes on. The engine sounds the same and doesnt make any different noise so idk what to check. the oil pressure sender was replaced about a year ago, i was told.

2. After its warmed up the idle starts to act funny and every once in a while it almost cuts out but then jumps back up to like 750 rpm's.

3. I cleared the check engine code p0455- EVAP emission control system leak (large). It hasn't turned back on yet but what exactly does that mean and how can i fix that?

4. The horn does not work. The relay seemed fine and both of the horns are connected properly. What should i look into?

Thanks guys, i appreciate the help.

canister is on the pass side front bumper (in stock location.) should be close to there with the new bumper.

yea thats it. they have a tendency to crack/break causing vac leaks. check lines to and from it as well.

I would hook a test gauge up to check the pressure....confirm that you have a pressure problem or that you have a gauge/sender problem.

Yes please explain

If the oil pressure guage reads ZERO and you hear not lifter noise, then its go to be a guage/sending unit issue, if you have ZERO oil pressure you will surely hear it.

SIDE BAR: After reading a lot of post on this forum, it seems like everyone likes to throw out, "hey did you change the CPS or the O2 sensor"

IF THESE SENSORS ARE BAD YOU WILL GET A CHECK ENGING LIGHT WITH THE APPROPRIATE CODE

Change the oil pressure sensor, about $18 at Advance Auto Parts. Then you can rule that out but I'm betting that solves your problem.

Well with your horn issue.... test the connections at the horns to make sure you have voltage, if not, work your way back with a voltmeter (hopefully you have one) you can get a cheap one from any auto parts store. Good Luck!

P.S.
Nice lookin' XJ, how much you get it for?
