I've got the bellhousing and starter screws listed on my site (I think,) but there's a bit of a catch...

The starter motor screws may be either 3/8"-16 or M10-1.5. No way to know beforehand.

As far as length goes; if I don't have lengths listed after all the thumb rule is "For maximum bolted joint strength, engage 1d to 1.5d of thread. "d" is equal to the nominal diameter of the thread."

Short form? Measure the thickness of the flange the screw goes through, then add the nominal thread OD. Round up to the next size (usually in quarter-inch increments.) Viz: If the bellhousing flange at the lower screws measures, say, 5/8" thick; add the 7/16" nominal diameter to it. 5/8" = 10/16". 10/16" + 7/16" = 17/16" = 1-1/16". Round up to 1-1/4". Buy 7/16"-14x1-1/4" screws. (This is just an example. Measure your flanges first - the critical measurement is the unthreaded hole.)

You'll need two 3/8"-16xwhatever screws for the upper bellhousing, two 7/16"-14xwhatever screws for the lower bellhousing, and either two 3/8"-16xwhatever; two M10-1.5xwhatever; or 1 3/8"-16xwhatever and 1 M10-1.5xwhatever screw(s) for the starter motor (I know it can get silly - on my 88, it's one of each.)

However, consult the screw size chart in the Tech section of my site first - it could save you some measuring. If I've managed to miss adding them, please let me know what you ended up getting so we can help the next guy!
