bushwacker fender flares

Default bushwacker fender flares

i want to put Bushwackers on my 98' and bushwacker says they will only fit on XJ's up to 1996. has anyone ever put them on a 97+? and if so could you post some pics please?

i think they do fit but you just got to trim the molding on the fenders or something like that

I just put them on my 99' all you have to do is trim the inner lip.

Yeah they fit just fine. Before I purchased my Bushwhacker I called them to make sure they would fit. They said the only reason why they don't advertise them to fit all years of the XJ is because of all the trim molding you have to cut to make the fenders look right. You have to trim the front plastic bumper corners, the back plastic bumper corners, and the side molding if you still have that on. I just removed the side molding pieces.

i did SEARCH and didnt FIND what i was LOOKING for....and i wanted to know the lil details needed to make them fit...like trimming all the moldings...details i couldnt find SEARCHING through 3 different forums...so next time you feel the need to tell me to SEARCH, instead why dont you just assume i have already and try and help me out!

damn that looks good. i like the diamond plate too. and where did you get you window flares?

Thanks man! The vent visors you can pretty much get anywhere like Autozone, Advanced, O'riley's, etc.

yeah it is a mini light bar, the company that made them were called ZoneWorx. Quadratec and a couple other places sold them for awhile but I don't think they make them anymore.

it should say online where u buy them they will fit 97-01 with some additional modifications.

newb! I just searched on google heres a link scroll down to the purple 97+xj and you'll see he cut his rear bumper and just removed the fender mouldinghttp://www.jeepforum.com/forum/f11/c...t-fold-615840/ cherokee's have bin around forever people have done just about everything to em.
